These terms govern your use of Episcribe. By using the service you agree to them.
Acceptance
By accessing or using Episcribe you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
Episcribe records and transcribes meetings and produces summaries, speaker analysis, and action items. Features may change as we improve the product.
Recording consent
You are responsible for obtaining any consent required by law from meeting participants before recording. You must not use Episcribe to record where you do not have the right to do so.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to enter a binding agreement.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service: no unlawful content, no infringement of others' rights, no attempts to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform, and no recording without the necessary consent.
Plans and billing
Paid plans and credit packs are billed through our payment processor. Credits are consumed by transcription, analysis, summaries, and chat as described on the pricing page. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Your content
You own your recordings and transcripts. You grant us the limited licence needed to process and store them to provide the service. We do not use your content to train third-party models.
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is”. Transcription and analysis are automated and may contain errors; do not rely on them as the sole record for legal or critical decisions.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Epilogo SRL is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated, and continued use after they take effect means you accept the updated terms.
